Definitely! First year is for everyone to get on the same page and work out the changes in coaching, and then go from there. At least that's how I always saw it. Hopefully someone from upstairs will realize this one of these days.

It's crazy, it's like this in all sports. They bring in a new coach to help rebuild a struggling team and then fire him after only one or two years. I didn't really like Lewis that much but at least give him a a few years to try to rebuild.
